What a concept – a two ingredient/three ingredient cookbook series!!!  Here are a few samples from Ruthie Wornall’s book:

          Roast beef:  Sprinkle a package of onion soup mix over a 3-lb beef rump roast.  Seal it in aluminum foil and bake for 3 hours at 325 degrees.  Simple to make and no dishes to wash!

          Mexican dip: Spread an 8-oz. package of cream cheese on a plate.  Top with salsa/  picante sauce.  Add chips and you’re all set!
